Sharing your USI Transcript
when applying for Credit Transfer (CT)

  1. Log into your Student Portal

    • Go to usi.gov.au

    • Click Student Login

    • Sign in with your USI and password (or through myGov)

  2. Open your transcript

    • Click View Transcript to see your completed units and qualifications

  3. Share it with us

    • Click Share with an organisation

    • Type J2S Training Solutions and our code, 90940, in the search boxes

    • Check all the permission boxes:

      • View VET Transcript

      • View Details

      • Update Details

    • Choose an expiry date (at least 3 months is best)

    • Click Share

  4. Let us know
