About the qualification

Our TLIC30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) qualification is designed to prepare individuals for roles in the warehousing and storage industry. This program readies students with an introductory level of knowledge and technical skills in manual handling, teamwork, work health and safety, storing, receival and dispatch, customer service, product knowledge and handling skills.

Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to: 

  • use effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers

  • providing outstanding customer service 

  • identify safe work practices for working safely in a warehouse environment 

  • manage stock levels, operate warehouse equipment, perform picking and packing tasks, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Outcome

Successful completion of the TLIC30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) may lead to employment opportunities, including: 

  • Logistics Officer 

  • General Warehouse Operator 

  • Assistant Storeperson.

Duration

This qualification can be completed up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

This course may be delivered through face-to-face or work-based training. We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

  • observation in a simulated workplace.
