About the qualification
Our FBP30121 Certificate III in Food Processing is designed for workers in production-related roles that require an application of industry-specific skills and knowledge, including some technical and problem-solving abilities. This qualification caters for multi-skilled outcomes and roles that include team leader functions within the production environment.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
perform day-to-day food processing and work functions
identify safe work practices to work safely in a food processing environment
implement HACCP principles and procedures
communicate effectively in a food processing environment

Successful completion of the FBP30121 Certificate III in Food Processing may lead to employment opportunities, including:
Production Operator
Packing Line Worker
Packaging Technician.

Duration
This qualification can be completed up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

This nationally recognised qualification is delivered and assessed by J2S Training Solutions Pty Ltd, RTO ID 90940, ABN 66 107 687 196. Fees
This course is available on a fee-for-service basis at $9,500 per student. Should you require an RPL assessment, please contact us for fees and arrangement.
