About the qualification
Our BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification is designed to prepare individuals for varied roles across different industries and environments while exercising professional judgement. Throughout the program, students should develop a broad range of competencies and learn to apply them with discretion and relevant theoretical knowledge.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
perform day-to-day business activities and essential business activities across a range of industries
use enhanced workplace communication and customer service skills
identify safe work practices and how to work safely in a business environment.

Successful completion of the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business may lead to employment opportunities, including:
Administrative Assistant
General Clerk
Customer Service Representative.

Duration
This qualification can be completed up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

This course may be delivered through face-to-face, online, or work-based training. We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

Student Requirements
The following will be required for the enrolment process:
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
verifiable identification documents
completion of the LLN assessment.

Students will require access to appropriate technology and internet if the materials are delivered online.
This nationally recognised qualification is delivered and assessed by J2S Training Solutions Pty Ltd, RTO ID 90940, ABN 66 107 687 196. This training will deliver skills and knowledge to the industry standard but does not guarantee a job. We tailor training for people from diverse backgrounds, including those with a disability.
Fees
This course is available on a fee-for-service basis at $6,000 per student. Should you require an RPL assessment, please contact us for fees and arrangement.
QUEENSLAND STUDENTS
This program is subsidised by the Queensland government, under the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program. The following Student Co-Contribution fees apply, varying based on student eligibility status:
Concession: $19.50 per qualification
Non-concession: $39 per qualification
To to be eligible for funding, students must be:
Queensland residents
aged 15 or older and not currently attending school
Australian/New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents (including humanitarian entrants), or temporary residents on the path to permanent residency
not already holding or enrolled in a certificate III or higher qualification (excluding school and foundation skills training).
Fee exemptions may apply and is conditional on the Government Policy and Funding Arrangements, subject to eligibility. By undertaking this qualification subsidised by the Queensland government, you will no longer be eligible for another government subsidised place in that same program.
