Successful completion of the TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations) may lead to employment opportunities, including:
- Logistics Officer
- General Warehouse Operator
- Assistant Storeperson.

What you will gain
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
- Use effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Identify safe work practices for working safely in a warehouse environment
- Manage stock levels, operate warehouse equipment, perform picking and packing tasks, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

How you will study
Delivery
This course may be delivered through face-to-face or work-based training. We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:
- Short answers
- Projects
- Activities
- Workplace observation
- Observation in a simulated workplace.
Duration
This qualification can be completed in up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

Student Requirements
The following will be required for the enrolment process:
- Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Verifiable identification documents
- Completion of the LLND assessment.

Course fees
Fees
- Online or self-study option at $4,800 per student.
- Other delivery option $6,000 per student.
Should you require an RPL assessment, please contact us for fees and arrangement. This price includes a non-refundable Administration Charge of $250.

- Extension/Suspension Fee (administration charges): $50
- Replacement of Testamur/statement of attainment/Qualification Certificate - Hard Copy: $75
- Replacement of Testamur/statement of attainment/Qualification Certificate - Digital: $25
