Our BSB50415 – Diploma of Business Administration qualification applies to individuals with various job titles including administration managers general office managers and office managers. Individuals in these roles may possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, you will be able to:

Manage meetings and conferences;

Lead a work team effectively; and

Manage performance of staff that report directly to you.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Unique Student Identifier, photo identification and meet the language, literacy, and numeracy requirements. To participate in nationally recognised training you will also need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you do not already have one we will gladly help you to create your own, which you will be able to use for all future training. If you wish our registered training organisation (RTO) to obtain a USI on your behalf, this will need to be indicated on the enrolment form provided. Alternatively, you can create your own USI. ASSESSMENT
We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

Short answers;

Projects;
-
Activities; and
-
Workplace Observation or Observation in a Simulated Workplace.
WORK PLACEMENT
The training program includes 38 hours of industry / work placement.
DURATION AND MODE
This qualification can be completed in twelve months. The volume of learning offered by our registered training organisation (RTO) may vary per student depending on their existing skills and knowledge. More experienced students are likely to complete at the lower end of the volume and less experienced at the higher end. On average students are required to study a minimum of 25 hours per week consisting of Online Assessments, Self-Directed Study and some Face to Face classes. Each student with a course delivery schedule including the location of Face to Face classes.
