Certificate III

in Supply Chain Operations (Logistics Operations)

Our TLI30321– Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Logistics Operations) qualification for those engaged in logistics operations within the Transport and Logistics Industry. It involves a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, where some discretion and judgement is required in selecting equipment, services or contingency measures within known time constraints. It may also include responsibility for coordinating the work of others. Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, you will be able to:

  • Organise despatch / receival operations and documentation

  • Shift materials safely

  • Loading and unloading of goods


Successful completion of the TLI30321– Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Logistics Operations), may lead to employment opportunities, such as:

  • Logistics Administration Officer;

  • Logistics Service Clerk; or

  • Stock Controller.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, prior to

enrolment students are required to provide their Unique Student

Identifier and photo identification. Prospective students may be required to complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment.


We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

  • Short answers;

  • Projects;

  • Activities; and

  • Workplace Observation or Observation in a Simulated Workplace.


This qualification can be completed in twelve months. The volume of learning offered by J2S Training Solutions may vary per student depending on their existing skills and knowledge. More experienced students are likely to complete
the course in a shorter period of time. Duration may vary depending on Credit Transfer [CT] or Recognition of Prior Learning [RPL]. Students can apply for CT or RPL at the time of enrolment.

Delivery of training may take differing forms, including Face-to-Face, Online, Work-based, Blended and Traineeships, dependent on the requirements of the Client or the needs of the cohort.

  • This qualification will be superseded in November 2022 and as part of your studies; you will be transitioned to the new qualification TLI30321Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. You will not be financially disadvantaged due to this transfer.

  • TLIE3002 - Estimate/calculate mass, area and quantify dimensions (E)

  • TLIF0009 - Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility) (C)

  • TLIG3002 - Lead a work team or group (E)

  • TLIH2001 - Interpret road maps and navigate pre-determined routes (E)

  • TLIL1001 - Complete workplace orientation/ induction procedures (E)

  • TLIO0002 - Apply and monitor workplace security procedures (E)

  • Exemption: $0

  • Concession: $240

  • First Qualification: $1,480

  • Second Qualification: $1,780

If you are ineligible for government subsidised training, or would rather undertake this course on a fee-for-service (FFS) basis, the cost to undertake this nationally recognised qualification is:

  • $4,500

  • J2S Training Solutions does not accept upfront payments of more than $1,500. If a student’s fee is more than this amount, the support of a flexible payment plan will be offered to students.


  • Application for Enrolment $200

  • Deferment Fee (administration charges) $50

  • Replacement of Testamur/ statement of attainment / Qualification Certificate $50

  • Repeat of unit (Third attempt onwards Per unit) $150
