Our CHC34015 – Certificate III in Active Volunteering qualification reflects the role of people working in a volunteer capacity across a range of industries and organisations in a variety of contexts. At this level, work takes place under the direction of others and supervision may be direct or indirect. Volunteers may also be required to lead volunteer teams and have limited responsibility for the output of others within a project or event. Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, you will be able to:

Facilitate the rights and interests of clients;

Use communication to build relationships; and

Provide first point of contact.
CAREER PROSPECTS
Successful completion of the CHC34015 – Certificate III in Active Volunteering qualification, may lead to employment opportunities, such as:

Community Services Volunteer;

Non-For-Profit Volunteer; or

Volunteer in a community group.

ASSESSMENT
We use a range of assessment methods for this qualification, including:

Short answers;

Projects;
-
Activities; and
-
Workplace Observation or Observation in a Simulated Workplace.
WORK PLACEMENT
This qualification has a mandatory minimum of 20 hours work placement .To be eligible for work placement a Police Check and Working With Children Check are required. J2S Training Solutions will arrange all work placement for students.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Unique Student Identifier, photo identification and meet the language, literacy, and numeracy requirements. To participate in nationally recognised training you will also need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you do not already have one we will gladly help you to create your own, which you will be able to use for all future training. If you wish our registered training organisation (RTO) to obtain a USI on your behalf, this will need to be indicated on the enrolment form provided. Alternatively, you can create your own USI. DURATION AND MODE
Duration:
This qualification can be completed in twelve months. The volume of learning offered by J2S Training Solutions may vary per student depending on their existing skills and knowledge. More experienced students are likely to complete
the course in a shorter period of time. Duration may vary depending on Credit Transfer [CT] or Recognition of Prior Learning [RPL]. Students can apply for CT or RPL at the time of enrolment.
Delivery:
Delivery of training may take differing forms, including Face-to-Face, Online, Work-based, Blended and Traineeships, dependent on the requirements of the Client or the needs of the cohort.
